Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using NanoClip, NanoVoice, NanoPad, or the getnano.dev website (collectively, “our services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services. The services are developed and maintained by Digital Toys (“we”, “us”).

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Mac computers you own or control, subject to these Terms and any terms imposed by the store or checkout provider through which you obtained the app.

Paid upgrades and purchases

NanoClip Pro and NanoVoice Lifetime are one-time upgrades that unlock the paid features described at the time of purchase. NanoPad is currently offered as a beta and does not promise a paid upgrade under these Terms. Product availability, included features, and pricing may change before a future purchase, but a completed one-time purchase is not converted into a subscription.

• Apple processes purchases made through the Mac App Store. Those purchases, restorations, and refund requests are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
• Polar is the merchant of record for eligible direct-download purchases. Polar handles payment, tax, receipts, and refund requests under its Buyer Terms.
• A direct-download license may require online activation and occasional validation. You are responsible for keeping your license key private and using it only within the device allowance shown at purchase.
• Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Recordings and third-party services

If you use NanoVoice to record audio, you are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent required by the law that applies to you. Optional cloud AI features use providers and API credentials you choose. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms, fees, and policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble an app except where the law expressly permits it
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Record, collect, or store another person's information without the required permission
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell an app or license
• Interfere with license, checkout, update, or website systems

Intellectual property

The services, including their design, code, icons, and documentation, are owned by Digital Toys and protected by intellectual-property law. Your content remains yours; we claim no ownership over content you create, copy, record, or process with an app.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speech recognition and AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Toys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from use of the services. This limitation does not apply where it is prohibited by law.

Termination

We may suspend access to online service components when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the services are being abused. Termination does not remove rights that applicable consumer law requires us to preserve.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the services change. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective date. Material changes apply prospectively to the extent required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies.
